Museum Tour
Dave and I returned to MassMoCA this weekend and saw the rest of what they have in the galleries. When we got there, the place was swarmed with a group of 90 college students on a tour together, so we decided to go into Williamstown first and visit the Williams College Museum of Art first. I mentioned this briefly here. They have some really nice pieces there, including some work by Joseph Cornell, who I think I first discovered at the Hirshhorn a couple of years ago.

We got back to MassMoCA and everything was much calmer. We headed to the upstairs galleries and checked everything out. The pieces by Cai Guo-Qiang were really interesting. I especially liked some of the gun powder art he had made.
