I warned you, didn't I?

I've mentioned that my shoe obsession has been with me for as long as I can remember. The one style of shoe that has always had a special place in my heart is the ballet slipper. I remember sitting in my chair at the Winnie the Pooh Kindergarten/Nursery School (in my grandmother's neighborhood) and extending my legs out in front of me so I could look at my pink ballet slippers when my toes poked up from behind the desk. I still feel like that about new shoes and I know I would feel that way if I had a pair of these.

I saw these shoes a while ago on some other website that I could never remember, but today the NY Times had a link to this shop. I visited and, of course, clicked "shoes." Now I know about them again. What's a girl to do?

(La Voleuse are the folks who make these cute shoes. Good job, guys.)
